Before you start
Run our VPN check first. It shows the address websites see and tests for WebRTC and IPv6 leaks. That tells you whether the VPN is not connected or the service is blocking VPN addresses. Each guide then goes through the causes from most to least likely, starting with the app's settings and ending with your network. It also tells you when it is time to switch provider.
